TASK MANAGEMENT

Juggle provides the ability to quickly create, edit and prioritize tasks. Users have the ability to apply notes, time estimates for completion, detail who’s associated, address(location), voice notes, due date, urgency, importance and to what ‘role’ in their life the task falls under.
ROLES
Roles are areas within a user’s life they commit time, energy and focus such as; husband/wife, father/mother, student, manager, coach, church member, etc. Aligning ourselves to our roles and role commitments help us achieve better life-balance and thus become more effective across all our roles. Tasks are associated to these roles in order manage commitment of time, energy and focus. Some roles may have many tasks associated and prioritization can be difficult so Juggle provides the ability to quickly ‘Drag and Drop’ aka RankIT, tasks within the overall task list to make prioritization a snap and aligned to the user’s end-goal within their roles.
TASK PRIORITIZATION
Users are the ‘designers’ of their life and the ability to manage to commitments as effectively as possible is vital to gaining success. Users have the ability to set both the Importance and Urgency of each task which quickly helps in determining what tasks are truly the most effective in achieving success within their roles. Utilizing the RankIT feature allows the user to quickly adjust tasks in relation to the Importance(value) and then again through their Urgency(time). The combination of these within Juggle has a value(COMPASS Score) which helps the user gain visibility in what’s MOST important.
